"It is said that the things we know the least are the things we have around us... ». Also, the Archives d'Orléans invites you to discover the history of the Renaissance collections it holds. Largely destroyed during the 1940 bombardments, however, there are still some beautiful and unknown pieces that provide us with information on both administrative history and writings in the 16th century. The exhibition also presents the work carried out to preserve and communicate these collections.
