Thanks to a visual and sound installation in the heart of the Musée de Beaux-Arts de Tours, the public will be able to immerse themselves in Leonardo's musical world.
The musicology team at Centre for Higher Renaissance Studies offers to discover Leonardo da Vinci‘s musical passions through a visual and sound installation in the heart of the Fine Arts Museum of Tours.
Visitors will discover the music played by Leonard himself, they will decode by a 3D matte painting animation technique the musical instruments imagined by the artist according to fascinating sketches. And for the first time in history, they will hear these instruments ringing with wonderful effects.
